The FCL Camp Teen Girls - Silicon Valley is dedicated to providing young women with opportunities to explore the wide range of careers available in both the public and private construction sectors.

The kick-off will be a summer camp in 2025 for girls in grades 8-12. This program, which offers hands-on experiences and direct engagement with professionals in various trades, is designed to introduce students to the construction industry, build confidence, foster teamwork, and develop problem-solving skills. 

Partnering with local Silicon Valley industry leaders, our goal is to challenge outdated perceptions about construction careers and broaden the vision of what a successful and fulfilling career can look like.
